Terms of Use
These terms govern use of HRStack.ai across its public directory, vendor claim flows, buyer workflows and vendor access services.

Use of the Platform
HRStack.ai is provided for business research, evaluation, and vendor engagement. Users must provide accurate information and may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or submit misleading claims.
Vendor Claims and Directory Content
Submitting a claim or directory update does not guarantee publication, verification, featuring, or access approval. HRStack.ai may review, reject, edit, or remove directory content in its discretion to maintain platform quality and trust.
Buyer Use
Platform outputs, evaluation scores, and recommendations are intended to support decision-making, not replace independent commercial, legal, security, or implementation review by the customer.
How HRStack.ai Is Funded
HRStack.ai's buyer tools — including the directory, assessments, Demo Pack, and RFP Pack — are free for buyers. HRStack.ai is compensated by vendors participating on the platform. Vendor compensation is structured so that HRStack.ai's fee does not depend on which vendor a buyer selects, and it does not influence platform outputs, scoring, or recommendations.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for protecting access credentials and for all activity under their account or approved portal access. HRStack.ai may suspend or revoke access where misuse, misrepresentation, or security concerns arise.
Intellectual Property
The HRStack.ai platform, content structure, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vendor-submitted materials remain subject to the rights granted to HRStack.ai for review, display, and service delivery.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. While HRStack.ai aims to keep information useful and current, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service, completeness of listings, or suitability of any product for a specific customer context.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRStack.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from platform use, vendor selection decisions, or reliance on public directory content.
Changes
HRStack.ai may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
