HR tech stack audit · Free, ~5 minutes
What have you actually got?
Map the HR tools you run today and see coverage, gaps, overlaps and manual work in a single view — before you go looking for anything new.
Free · no sales call
What it covers
7/14 areas
Covered in some regions but not others: Payroll (missing in United States); Compliance (missing in United States); Onboarding (missing in India) +1 more
What you capture
Four things per tool. Nothing you need to look up.
What it covers
Tick the capability areas each tool handles — payroll, core HR, performance, and the rest.
How well it works
Rate it 1–5 for admins, for employees, and for the vendor's support. Three numbers, no essay.
How it connects
Fully integrated through to fully manual — the honest answer about what your team still does by hand.
What kind of tool
Point solution or full suite, so consolidation opportunities are visible rather than guessed at.
What it tells you
Gaps and overlaps, computed from your own answers.
No benchmark data, no market averages, nothing borrowed from anyone else's selection. The map is arithmetic on what you told us — which is why it's instant, and why you can argue with it.
- Areas nothing covers today — the honest gap list
- Areas two tools both cover — where you're paying twice
- Average satisfaction across admin, employee and support
- Tools still needing manual work to connect

Next step
Your gaps become your requirements.
The audit uses the same capability vocabulary as the Fit Engine requirements brief, so what you own is compared directly against what you need. Gaps turn into requirements; overlaps turn into consolidation decisions.
FAQ
Common questions.
How long does the stack audit take?
About five minutes for a typical stack of three or four tools. You name each tool, tick what it covers, and rate it — there's no long questionnaire and no call.
What do I get at the end?
A coverage map across the same capability areas your requirements are scored against: which areas one tool covers, which two tools overlap on, and which nothing covers today. Plus average satisfaction and a count of tools still needing manual work to connect.
Do I need to know my contract values or pricing?
No. The audit is about coverage and how well things work, not commercials. You can add cost notes if you want them, but nothing depends on it.
What if a tool we use isn't in your directory?
Type the name and it's added. Plenty of stacks include regional or niche tools that aren't listed anywhere — the audit records what you actually run.
How does this connect to the rest of HRStack?
The audit uses the same capability vocabulary as the Fit Engine requirements brief, so what you already own can be compared directly against what you need. Gaps become requirements; overlaps become consolidation opportunities.
