System Evaluation & Selection (FORGE, 8–16 wks) supports requirements, procurement, scoring, and commercial close. Implementation Advisory (HELM, retainer) sits on your side of the table during implementation. Advisory can attach after Digital Maturity, after Fit Engine, or to an existing project.
